Detailed descriptions of the functions are illustrated with screen shots allowing to get acquainted with the Global e - line interface. The possibilities of taking in charge the Global e - line workflow are illustrated through Customer Service / Help Desk examples. The presentation also concerns the performance of SQL Server, and, more generally, arguments for the technological choice of the used Microsoft server applications (IIS, SQL Server,...), and of development tools. |
